On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, the Union League of Philadelphia Real Estate Club (ULRE) held its monthly luncheon. This month’s event featured “Exploring the Ever-Changing Residential Real Estate Landscape”.  The speakers were Jim Roche of Rarity Real Estate, Christine Dash  of Christine Dash Real Estate Group, Keller Williams Realty, Quandell Inglesia of Business Development National Integrity Title Agency and Chris Tereo, co-founder of I FUND CITIES.  Andrew Whipple served as the moderator and OceanFirst Bank was the sponsor. Each speaker made their presentations followed by a lively Q&A. The Union League Real Estate Club (ULRE) is an affinity club of the Union League of Philadelphia. They provide opportunities for its members and guests to hear from the community’s leading Real Estate experts with speaker luncheons held at the Union League.
