Young Friends Ball on the Square gala benefits the historic square
The Young Friends Ball on the Square took on Friday, September 27, 2024 in the middle of Rittenhouse Square Park. The black-tie gala, a benefit for the historic park, turned Rittenhouse Square into an outdoor ballroom. There was dancing, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres all evening. The event was hosted by the Young Friends of Rittenhouse Square, a division of the Friends of Rittenhouse Square. This event followed the long-running Ball on the Square, that took place the night before.
