Join White Dog Cafe Glen Mills, 981 Baltimore Pike in the Shoppes of Brinton Lake, and Botanist Gin for a botanical-inspired dinner on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, from 6:30-8:30 PM featuring a four-course floral-inspired dinner, paired with Botanist Gin Cocktails and a make your own flower bouquet cart!
Bring your friends and see, feel, taste, and sip the flora! Start your night off by making your own floral bouquet at our Botanist Floral Cart. Then, enjoy a four-course floral-inspired menu by Executive Chef Michael Sesler that includes: an amuse – Dill Cured Salmon, Blini, and Crème Fraiche paired with an Islay Dirty Martini Botanist Gin, Nori, Sea Salt, Scotch, followed by the first course, Poached Oshii Shrimp, Fennel, Fingerling Potatoes with Tomato-Saffron Emulsion, paired with Macleod 9 Botanist Gin, Strega, and Dry Vermouth, then the entrée- Coriander Crusted Duck Breast, Butternut Squash Caponata with Hazelnuts paired with Highland Martinez Botanist Gin, Fell to Earth Sweet Vermouth, Apple Brandy and Maraschino Liqueur, and dessert- Poached Pear Tart, Gin Caramel paired with the perfect Gin Sour made with Botanist Gin, Pear, Meadowsweet and Egg White.
Learn about how the 22 aromatic botanicals selected from 240 square miles of Hebridean paradise are selected including the sweet, spicy, and earthy notes of cassia and coriander which set a base for the delicate complexity of Botanist Gin.
