ULRE’s fall luncheon featured David Gutstadt and his newest venture Ballers
The Union League of Philadelphia Real Estate Club (ULRE) held its 2024 fall opening luncheon on Wednesday, September 4, This month’s event featured David Gutstadt, a real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience. A lively Q&A followed his presentation to the luncheon guests. The Union League Real Estate Club (ULRE) is an affinity club of the Union League of Philadelphia. They provide opportunities for its members and guests to hear from the community’s leading Real Estate experts with speaker luncheons held at the Union League.
- David Gutstadt chatted with Michelle Maack, Christopher Preate and Genevieve Becker during the reception before the luncheon began. David Gutstadt is a Philadelphia-based hospitality and real estate executive with twenty-three years of experience, spanning hotels, leisure, fitness and real estate. David founded the Fitler Club with a successful launch in 2019. With his partner Amanda Potter, David founded Good City Studio. Their newest venture is called Ballers and will launch in 2025 at Fishtown’s Battery project
