On Sunday, October 7, 2024, an afternoon of food, cocktails and an introduction to the Sprouts Chef Training program took place at The Pump House in Bala Cynwyd. Guests learned about the training program that equips youths to rise from hardship through culinary training and job placement. The event was hosted by Ellen Yin, founder and co-owner of High Street Hospitality Group, Fia Berisha, Restaurateur and co-founder of BE Hospitality and Chef Nicholas Elmi, Top Chef Winner and James Beard Award Finalist.
