EPIC held its Spring Health Mental Wellness Lunch and Learn on Monday, January 27, 2025 at the Life Sciences building in King of Prussia. The event featured well-being and learning tips for a healthier mind: It also included insightful discussions and practical tips on improving mental well-being. This in-person event  provided attendees with the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and learn from experts in the field and it was a chance to prioritize mental health and discover new ways to achieve wellness.
