ULRE February ’25 luncheon speaker features ‘Trends in Vacation Rentals’
On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the Union League Real Estate Club luncheon held a luncheon featuring Calvin L.Butts Jr. as its speaker. He spoke about ”Trends in Vacation Rentals”. Calvin is a marketing consultant who creates solutions by connecting the industry to innovation. He is a Managing Partner at McKinley Carter Enterprises and manages a real estate portfolio that spans several domestic and international markets. Calvin graduated from Hampton University with a BS in Management Information Systems and earned his EMBA from Temple University. He is a member of the Hampton University Board of Trustees and serves on the University of Pennsylvania Princeton Hospital Board. The Union League Real Estate Club (ULRE) is an affinity club of the Union League of thePhiladelphia. They provide opportunities for its members and guests to hear from the community’s leading Real Estate experts and other notables with speaker luncheons held at the Union League.
