Belle Glos Ambassador, Tim Murphy will be onsite curating the wine pairing.

The menu includes AMUSE (PINOT BLANC), Day Boat Scallops with pea puree, watermelon radish, fines herbs, and preserved lemon, FIRST Course (Chardonnay) Potato Gnocchi with butternut squash, sage brown butter and parmesan. SECOND Course (Pinot Noir) Chicken Breast with soft polenta, king oyster mushroom, sherry cream, and shaved truffle. THIRD Course (Pinot Noir) Braised Short Rib with heirloom carrot, parsnip puree, celery leaves, and a red wine demi-glace and Dessert (Sparkling Rose) Strawberries and Cream Torte for $105 per person.

Joe Wagner, a fifth-generation Napa Valley winemaker, grew up in vineyards and joined his family legacy at Caymus by 19. In 2001, he founded Belle Glos, crafting vineyard-designated Pinot Noirs inspired by California’s coastal regions. The label honors his grandmother, Lorna Belle Glos Wagner, a Caymus co-founder and Pinot Noir enthusiast. Belle Glos wines are the perfect pairing for Autograph signature dishes.
