Serhant Societe Select held a special Broker’s Open at the Atlantic Building Penthouse in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Elizabeth Herremans of Birds Nesting has joined Serhant and she and her husband Todd Herremans, a former Philadelphia Eagle, celebrated her new tenure at the reception.  Attendees enjoyed food, entertainment, a tour of the Penthouse and chatting about current events.
